thank god for you who created this tribe! what a miracle to find there are at least 100 likeminded individuals on the planet.

i broke out of the altered states of amerika in march of 2003.

in november of 2002 i was detained at the airport in houston for "fitting the profile" as someone who "could be potentially suspicious" just because my name is juan and i am mexican. i have blond hair and blue eyes and had lived in san diego all my life. somehow this was all it took to make security feel "unsafe". after about two hours, they let me go, but i missed my flight and the kicker was that i learned due to all the post 911 legislation, not only was nobody responsible to refund or re-issue my ticket, but that i had actually waived all of my rights when i bought the ticket originally under these wonderful new laws.

i was about to buy my dream house in san diego which overlooked the ocean but there were these freedom fighter jets that kept taking off from the air force base and ruining my beautiful ocean view. in short my american dream was looking more and more like an orwellian nightmare.

fortunately, i had mdma in my right hand and mushrooms in my left hand which i washed down with a heineken to help me think clearly. cnn was confusing me. cheney said we might have a 100 year war, but bush came on right behind him and said not to worry because they had cut taxes and since we would all have more money to buy more things, nobody should worry or even question anything really...we should just all go on about our lives.

i decided to go to cancun, mexico just to get into a different headspace. originally i planned a two week vacation, but that turned into two months, which turned into two years....i have been in mexico over 4 years now and i love it.

this is a great country to escape to.

The Centers for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of Sexually Transmitted Disease.

This disease is contracted through dangerous and high risk behavior.

The disease is called *Gonorrhea Lectim* (pronounced "gonna re-elect him."). Many victims contracted it in 2004, after having been screwed for the past 4 years, in spite of having taken measures to protect themselves from this especially troublesome disease.

Cognitive sequelae of individuals infected with Gonorrhea Lectim include, but are not limited to: anti-social personality disorder traits; delusions of grandeur with a distinct messianic flavor;
chronic mangling of the English language; extreme cognitive dissonance; inability to incorporate new information; pronounced xenophobia; inability to accept responsibility for actions; exceptional cowardice masked by acts of misplaced bravado; uncontrolled facial smirking; ignorance of geography and history; tendencies toward creating evangelical theocracies; and a strong propensity for categorical, all-or-nothing behavior.

The disease is sweeping Washington. Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed and baffled that this malignant disease originated only a few years ago from a Texas bush.

Trapped in the U.S.

Thanks to losing my job (layoff not my fault) and not being able to find another job I have now officially blown past the child support "arrears" level of negative $5000... :( (note: I had a high paying job and was ordered to pay $2675 in child support so this didn't take long). I can't get a passport to escape and I'll be jailed if I can't find a job that pays the same or more as my last one. I should have left years ago and now I'm trapped without any papers and no way to payoff all the debt + penalties + interest. I only have a few thousand left :( The U.S. is now like East Germany circa 1984.... Beware all the talk about a "border fence". Remember those machine guns once there can easily be turned to face inward which I fully believe is our future.

EXAMINING THE BIBLICAL EVIDENCE THAT BUSH IS ANTICHRIST

[Part 1 of 3]

Regarding “The End of Time” the Bible states:
"There will be signs in the heavens" (sky), which likely relates to the vast number of saucer-sightings since the 1st atomic test at Los Alamos NM. Also stating that ;
"There will be signs on earth" ... which likely relates to the many complex geometrical crop circles.
The Bible also makes reference to the rebirth of the State of Israel as a sign of the end, saying "The fig tree will put forth its branch" (Luke 21:29), and also that "One head of the beast came back to life from the dead" … again presumably The State of Israel which was revived in 1948 … an integral part of the Roman Empire ... referred to in the Bible as "The Beast" … (actually “monster” in original tongue).

Also an important signal is the prophesy of "Wormwood" -(Rev. 8:11) the word Wormwood is "Chernobyl" in Russian … a Nuclear Facility which could easily be depicted as a Fallen Star in metaphorical language (parables), being that stars are radioactive bodies as are reactors. Wormwood is an ancient medicinal herb (Artemisia Absinthium) which has been used for thousands of years to kill internal parasites and to make a liquor called Absinth, and is known around the world by several names.

It is possible that the world is much farther ahead in prophesy (1000 yrs.) than people are willing to accept having been conditioned and pre-programmed by intense institutional doctrine. They say that Anti-Christ must first set up his throne in Jerusalem. And the antichrist identity be revealed before Christ appears. The Bible states that a thousand years is a day and a day is a thousand years, so “The Day of The Lord” may be a metaphorical term relating to a time which is not measured, this time which is a metaphor and/or enigma.

I pointed out that Revelation speaks of a “new heaven” and a “new earth” ... and a "New JerUSAlem" ...Since it’s discovery America has been referred to as “The New World” !
A land which pursues the exploration of space (the “New Heaven”).

And one which fits the description of the "Promised Land" at least as well as Palestine (America being the worlds #1 producer of Milk ... it is said that the Biblical Promised Land "flows with milk.
America was the “Land of Promise” ... because it offered religious freedom to so many persecuted groups in Europe ... they migrated to "The Promised Land" that’s how Caucasians got here.

So wouldn’t then the "New JerUSAlem" be the power center of the New World (as is Washington DC) ? And wouldn’t this New JerUSAlem be the place where the antichrist sets up his throne ?
Revelation speaks of the New World having 12 gates, possibly the 12 main sea ports, which stretch from the Great Lakes to Seattle WA.

I realized that one such bible prophesy was fulfilled in the days of the crusades when the Christians took back Jerusalem, Revelation 14:20 says "The blood will run as high as the horses bridal". This event became documented history when forces led by the Knights Templar slaughtered Moslems to an extent which caused their horses to wade through rivers of blood 3 feet deep.
I am not suggesting that Moslems are evil either, only acknowledging the reality that they and Christians have been adversaries to each other since their origins, battling over control of Jerusalem.
To Christians Moslems are antichrist to Moslems Christians are the infidels. Actually to historians they are "half-brothers" locked in a sibling rivalry.

In the Bible it becomes clear that the "Image of the beast" is "THE EVIL ONE", the "False Prophet" (Pope) and "The Beast" take second lead.

Escape to Vancouver B.C - Help!

Visiting Vancouver B.C. next week for 4 days - seriously considering emigrating there. Interested in thoughts, ideas, places to visit in city, questions about how difficult to emigrate. My sncesters - not that long ago, left intolerable conditions to come to the "land of the free." In general they have not been all that successful. I have some resources, post grad degree, many years of productive professional experience - there must be a place there wher I can settle.

The USA is getting to be a Taliban-like Theocracy and I do not want to support this sick culture anymore. Certainly Canada is a bit more tolerant but a capitalist society just the same and I'm likley postponing the inevitable - but I want to live well a mite longer, see my kids become full independent adults and do some rabble rousing myself

So what do I need to consider in seriously planning to move to Vancouver B.C - I like the urban, international eclectic lifestyle and tolerate the weather.

The witness, a former employee at the Liaoning Thrombosis Treatment Center of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, and says the bodies of Falun Gong practitioners are cremated immediately after the organs are removed. (The Epoch Times)
[High-resolution image ] A former employee of Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine told The Epoch Times during a recent interview that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp in China was actually a part of a hospital. The concentration camp has engaged in taking organs from Falun Gong practitioners when they were still alive and selling the organs. Since 2001, the concentration camp has secretly detained approximately 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners, none of whom have been able to leave the camp alive. The hospital removed many kidneys, livers, and corneas from the practitioners. After the organ removal, the practitioners were thrown into an incinerator, which was converted from a boiler. Their ashes were dumped together with burned charcoal.

Organs from Three Quarters of the 6,000 People Were Removed
Those whose organs were removed were in various states of health. Because many of the victims were illegally detained, there was neither an arrest warrant nor identification as to who these people actually were. Often after their organs were removed, nobody claimed the bodies. Sometimes their bodies were picked up by crooks who pretended to be their family members.

About three-quarters of the 6,000 people died after their hearts, kidneys, corneas, or skin was removed; their bodies were then burned. This witness, whose family member participated in the removal of Falun Gong practitioners' organs, said that approximately 2,000 Falun Gong practitioners remain in the hospital. She was afraid that the authorities would kill all of them to destroy evidence.

The Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine is located at 49 Xuesong Road, Sujiatun, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. It was the first hospital in China to specialize in the heart, the brain, and surrounding blood vessels. The hospital is composed of several organizations, including the Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine College Teaching Hospital and the Shenyang Thrombosis Treatment Center.

Concentration Camp Details
The hospital site is 21,087 square meters, with 17,564 square meters of building area. It employs 460 people in 24 departments and 20 specialized offices. Information from the Chinese government shows that the hospital was established in December 1988, and was formerly named the Shenyang Research Institute of Thrombosis and Liaoning Province Thrombosis Treatment Center of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. In June 1998, it was renamed China Traditional Medicine Thrombosis Treatment Center.

The Chinese Business Morning View said in a story on July 4, 2004, that a farm worker died of abnormal causes in Sujiatun, Shenyang and was later cremated. The death certificate was provided by the Chinese Medicine Thrombosis Treatment Center in Sujiatun. The news caused a stir in China.

Epoch Times: Did the hospital's medical staff inside the concentration camp know about this?

Answer: This hospital has a small number of officials and some doctors involved secretively in the operation of organ harvesting. Some other staff in the hospital knew about this, but this is absolutely a taboo [to talk about]. They all are afraid of being killed or courting trouble, so they all avoid the issue. Only those highly trusted doctors could be chosen to be the surgeons for organ harvesting operations.

ET: Were Falun Gong practitioners alive when their organs were harvested? Did their families know about this?

Answer: Falun Gong practitioners who were imprisoned there came mostly from Dabei Prison, Masanjia Labor Camp, and other prisons in Shenyang, or they were Falun Gong practitioners arrested in parks or residential homes. Because they refused to denounce Falun Gong, they were arrested without formal warrants, and their families did not know their situation. Many did not even have their names [recorded]. In addition, since the Chinese authority exercises a policy of "not being responsible" for killing Falun Gong practitioners, the death of Falun Gong practitioners is not a very big issue for prisons. The Chinese Communist Party persecutes Falun Gong, [but] these medical personnel were told Falun Gong practitioners were facing death because they killed people, or they were sentenced to death because of crimes, or they had become insane from practicing Falun Gong.

Those Falun Gong practitioners whose organs were harvested came from several types.

Organs harvested from live bodies are worth far more than organs taken from dead bodies. Many Falun Gong practitioners were still alive when their organs were taken. After their organs were cut out, some of these people were thrown directly into the crematorium to be burnt, thus leaving no evidence. For some others, after their organs were stolen, the doctor sewed up the wound and asked the family or family representative to give a signature for cremation. Family members did not know at all that the dead had their organs taken out.

Furthermore, there were some healthy Falun Gong practitioners in prisons in other areas who were injected—without their knowledge—with psychoactive drugs that made their minds confused. They then were transferred to Sujiantun concentration camp to suffer further torture, till in the end their organs were harvested and their bodies were cremated in secret.

Among the Falun Gong practitioners whose organs were harvested, some were weak and some were healthy. Since most of them were illegally arrested, there were no arrest warrants or identification cards. After their organs were taken out while they were still alive, no one came to claim their bodies; or [sometimes] people using fake identities claimed their bodies.

None of these people have come out [of the concentration camp] alive; three-quarters of these 6,000 people have died, having their hearts, kidneys, retinas, and skins harvested and their bodies disposed of. I think now about 2,000 Falun Gong practitioners are still in this hospital, and I am afraid now that the authority will destroy all evidence and kill them.

Question: How did you know these things? Were you yourself a doctor involved in organ harvesting?

Answer: I worked at the Liaoning Provincial Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, Shenyang. This is exactly where this concentration camp is located. One of my family members was involved in the operation to harvest Falun Gong practitioners' organs. This has brought great pain to our family.

Question: Please tell us what you knew about.

Answer: From 2001, our hospital started to detain Falun Gong practitioners. At the beginning, these people were detained in the single-storey houses in the back yard of the hospital. Later, the hospital authorities demolished the single-storey houses, and it was unknown where in the hospital the Falun Gong practitioners were transferred. Many staff of the hospital discussed in private that these Falun Gong practitioners had been secretly transferred to the underground chambers of the hospital. According to some people working inside the hospital, the hospital has a huge system of secret underground chambers.

At the time when we went to work there, the person in charge of logistics and purchasing in the hospital said that the quantity of disposable sterile gloves used for operations and daily supplies that the hospital authorities asked to be purchased had increased dramatically. The logistics people estimated based on the scale of purchases at that time that there were at least 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners detained in this hospital.

These Falun Gong practitioners were not detained in the 4-story building under the in-patient department and administration at the front of the hospital, in order to keep the hospital staff from seeing them at all. We only occasionally saw Falun Gong practitioners being sent on a mobile intensive care bed to the first floor for physical examinations. These people were very weak. For the majority of the Falun Gong practitioners, nobody knew where they were being secretly kept. While they still did not know where these people were kept, some staff inquired to the hospital authorities about why so much food and so many sterile gloves and daily supplies were purchased. The hospital authorities said, "You only need to do your job well. There is no need for you to ask any other questions."

Starting in 2001, a family member of mine participated in organ-harvesting operations. My family member tried to keep me from knowing about this at the beginning. The hospital authorities selected doctors they trust in different aspects to perform the secretive operations. After a period of time, I found that my family member was in a lot pain, often had nightmares, and appeared panic-stricken. After repeated inquiries, this family member told me the truth. The leader of the hospital had asked my family member to participate in the organ harvesting operations on Falun Gong practitioners as early as 2001. It was 2003 when my family member confessed. A few years after, my family member felt so much pain from participating in this incident that it was impossible to continue with the evildoing. My family member decided to go abroad to get away from this matter.

My family member also told me: "you don't understand my suffering; those Falun Gong practitioners were alive. It might be easier for me if they were dead, but they were alive."

Question: Were there any other doctors from the hospital taking part in the operations of cutting out Falun Gong practitioners' organs?

Answer: I know there were some. All these things have been carried out secretly. Many doctors at our hospital involved were practicum doctors transferred from other hospitals. Because the government does not want to be responsible for Falun Gong practitioners' bodies and lives, their lives are treated as garbage by the regime, and their bodies were used in experiments by new doctors doing their practitcums.

Many doctors came and left the hospital because they suffered a lot after having been involved in these kinds of things. They either requested to be transferred to other places, or changed their names. Some might have been killed to eliminate the evidence, their identity files were taken out from the hospital's filing system, or their names were changed. Nobody knows where the doctors have gone.

The hospital staff all know that the rear part of the hospital is forbidden. It is always watched. The staff avoids talking about the place.

Question: It is said the hospital is equipped with an incinerator. The person whose organs were removed will be burned when he or she is still alive. Is that true?

Answer: The employees in our hospital call this place "the incinerator." Actually, it is a boiler room. Some poor farmers from nearby places were hired to work in the boiler room. They were penniless when they first came here. But they could scrape up some watches, finger rings, necklaces, and so on. The amount is not small. It is said by the employees in the hospital these jewelry and watches were collected from the Falun Gong practitioners whose organs had been removed when they were about to be thrown in the boiler to be burned. It is also said by the employees in the hospital, some were still alive when being thrown into the boiler.

Question: Do they get injection of anesthetic when in surgery?

Answer: Yes. There is a cap to the anesthetic quantity used in mainland China's hospitals. Generally, the supply of anesthetic was determined according to the accommodation of the hospital. To the public, the number of patients in our care appears to be very small, and publicly reported number of surgical procedures performed is quite low. But the equipment and articles used in surgery are abundant. Because the amount of anesthetic is limited, these secret surgeries could not use the normal anesthetic doses. In order to save anesthetic, they economized on the anesthetic used in surgeries on these Falun Gong practitioners. The amount of anesthetic used was very small. However, many whose organs were removed were still alive. You can imagine the pain suffered by the Falun Gong practitioners whose organs were removed.

Question: Are there any survivors among the 6,000 people detained since 2001?

Answer: Nobody has come out alive. The number of them gets smaller and smaller. The Falun Gong practitioners detained at Sujiatun are fewer now than before. But I believe that the sin of removing the organs of the Falun Gong practitioners is still continuing.

Question: Where are these organs usually sold to? Do the higher authorities in the government know about this?

Answer: They are mainly sold to Thailand, but I believe they are also sold to other regions of the world. Nowadays, there are many patients in China who need human skin, corneas, and kidneys for organ transplant surgeries. Many patients have to wait in line to purchase organs. Currently, a kidney can be sold up to the price of 30,000 to 100,000 U.S. dollars. The profit from selling organs is simply too great. The people who benefit from this are not only the top leaders of hospital and the officials of the Chinese Communist Party's Heath Department. This is a crime present across the entire nation. People ranging from government officials to doctors to organ sellers are all involved in this and are profiting greatly.

Question: Why did they target Falun Gong practitioners as the source of organs?

Answer: Because relatives of many Falun Gong practitioners don't even know that their family members were arrested. So if the Falun Gong practitioners are killed, there will be no one to come and claim their dead bodies.

Question: Why did you want to expose this? This may bring great danger to you.

Answer: I know that there are many Falun Gong practitioners who are currently detained at the hospital. I would like to expose this to the international community, so those who are not yet killed can be saved. Also, I would like to expose this as an atonement for my family.

I am not a Falun Gong practitioner. But as a former staff member of the hospital, I have the responsibility to expose the truth, and let the world to save those Falun Gong practitioners who are still alive. Organs of some Falun Gong practitioners are still living on patients' bodies. I would like to call on all society to pay attention to this issue and stop this shocking crime.

So after literally years of planning, organizing, researching, replanning, delaying, hoping, dreaming, scheeming, terror and hope, we've finally set the actual firm date for moving OUT of this looney bin.

December 12.

By December 15 we'll be over the border, and back in my home country up north, and I couldn't be more exited. Or terrified.

Jumping into the unknown feet first is never an easy thing to do, but dammit, I've been staring at the ugly writing on the wall for long enough.

I just hope that the real shitstorm doesn't start before then.

I had to post this for moral support. And 'cause 95% of me is giddy as a schoolgirl about it.

These include the rudimentary American commitment to peace, economic and social justice, civil liberties, our environment and human rights.
Also endangered are our historic commitments to providing citizens with
truthful information, treating dissenting voices and beliefs with respect,
state and local autonomy and fiscal responsibility.

At the same time, our political leaders have declared independence from the restraints of international organisations and have disavowed long-standing global agreements, including agreements on nuclear arms, control of biological weapons and the international system of justice.

Instead of our tradition of espousing peace as a national priority unless
our security is directly threatened, we have proclaimed a policy of
'pre-emptive war', an unabridged right to attack other nations unilaterally
to change an unsavoury regime or for other purposes. When there are serious differences with other nations, we brand them as international pariahs and refuse to permit direct discussions to resolve disputes.

Regardless of the costs, there are determined efforts by US leaders to exert American imperial dominance throughout the world. These revolutionary policies have been orchestrated by those who believe that our nation's tremendous power and influence should not be internationally constrained.

Even with our troops involved in combat and America facing the threat of
additional terrorist attacks, our declaration of 'you are either with us or
against us' has replaced the forming of alliances based on a clear
comprehension of mutual interests, including the threat of terrorism.

Another disturbing realisation is that, unlike during other times of
national crisis, the burden of conflict is now concentrated exclusively on
the heroic men and women sent back repeatedly to fight in the quagmire of Iraq. The rest of our nation has not been asked to make any sacrifice, and every effort has been made to conceal or minimise public awareness of casualties.

Instead of cherishing our role as the great champion of human rights, we now find civil liberties and personal privacy grossly violated under some
extreme provisions of the Patriot Act.

Of even greater concern is that the US has repudiated the Geneva accords and supported the use of torture in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo, and secretly through proxy regimes elsewhere with the so-called extraordinary rendition programme. It is embarrassing to see the President and Vice President insisting that the CIA should be free to perpetrate 'cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment' on people in US custody.

Instead of reducing America's reliance on nuclear weapons and their further proliferation, we have insisted on our right (and that of others) to retain our arsenals, expand them and, therefore, abrogate or derogate almost all nuclear arms-control agreements negotiated during the last 50 years. We have now become a prime culprit in global nuclear proliferation. America also has abandoned the prohibition of 'first use' of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear nations and is contemplating the previously condemned deployment of weapons in space.

Protection of the environment has fallen by the wayside because of
government subservience to political pressure from the oil industry and
other powerful lobbying groups. The last five years have brought continued lowering of pollution standards at home and almost universal condemnation of our nation's global environmental policies.

Our government has abandoned fiscal responsibility by unprecedented favours to the rich, while neglecting America's working families. Members of Congress have increased their own pay by $30,000 per year since freezing the minimum wage at $5.15 per hour (the lowest among industrialised nations).

I am extremely concerned by a fundamentalist shift in many houses of worship and in government, as church and state have become increasingly intertwined in ways previously thought unimaginable.

As the world's only superpower, America should be seen as the unswerving champion of peace, freedom and human rights. Our country should be the focal point around which other nations can gather to combat threats to international security and to enhance the quality of our common environment.

We should be in the forefront of providing human assistance to people in
need.

It is time for the deep and disturbing political divisions within our
country to be substantially healed, with Americans united in a common
commitment to revive and nourish the historic political and moral values
that we have promoted during the last 230 years.

one is some form of separatism. Exploring this option is not a step
to be taken lightly, because there are established forces that will
hamper and resist, and yet it is a legal and viable enterprise,

"Moreover, the accumulating signs point to a series of major crises
that will seriously disrupt and may even destroy the American system
in the near future.

These include economic disruptions in the wake of global "peak oil"
production before 2010, deterioration of the power of the dollar

imbalances, continued degradation of vital ecosystems on which the
nation depends, climate change and severe weather causing widespread

World Passport/World Citizenship

Many of my friends and I are/have been interested in declaring ourselves soveriegn and would prefer not to be U.S citizens. Is it possible to declare oneself a World Citizen and undeclare U.S. citizenship? Any info and/or links about how to do this?

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has been threatening to make it almost impossible to sell better sex and adult videos or pictures for some time now, but they finally have implemented a law which takes effect June 23rd, 2005 to attempt to do just that. This article will explain to you the consumer, what that means to you.

There is a law that was created in 1988 to protect minors from appearing in adult films, etc... a good law if you ask me as I am very much against minors being involved in anything of the like. The law was in a document called Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257, which is a Federal Record-keeping and Labeling law that required anyone who photographed or filmed a person in the US to have them complete a form that acknowledged that they were 18 years of age or older. They had to provide a picture I.D. issued by the state. and provide any aliases they may have. They needed to provide their legal name, home address and have a witness sign the document. This was a good law that helped to reduce the chance that a minor was being filmed or photographed sexually.

The New Law

What the Department of Justice has now done to change this law using the "excuse" of protecting minors (when in reality it is clear they are trying to impair the adult industry) is an outrage and WILL affect you if you have any liking of sexuality and sexual products, videos, pictures, etc.

The DOJ is now demanding that not only will a producer have the Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 information for each model that has been photographed or filmed but that anyone who sells or displays the photographs or video has to have that document on file which includes the distributors, retailers and anyone who shows pictures of that model on their web site.

What Types Of Pictures Or Video Is This Talking About?

This pertains to any visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct in a book, picture, video, streaming video, thumbnail... you name it.

What do they mean when the say "sexually explicit?" This means (sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; bestiality; masturbation; sadistic or masochistic abuse; or lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person).

The DOJ calls these businesses and individuals who sell or promote such material "Secondary Producers" even though they did not produce anything and are only displaying and/or selling what the "Primary Producer" made!

Under the revised Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 law, the so-called “secondary producers,” such as many webmasters, will be required to have Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records for all sexually explicit depictions dating back to 1995. For many, this will create a huge problem, because secondary producers will have to locate records from primary producers who may have moved, shut down, or otherwise disappeared.

This means that the adult community has exactly one month to secure these files and make sure everything in them complies with the new regulations, because the arrests could hit anytime after June 24, and the general consensus is that it'll hit webmasters first and hardest.

What Are The Penalties For Not Complying?

In the immediate future, you're going to be seeing inspections and arrests, not because of 'illegal' content, but because webmasters and stores don't have the records because they always thought that it was and should be the producer's job to make sure that the models are over 18 years of age. Violation of 18 U.S.C. 2257 is good for up to 10 years in federal prison... per violation!

Example

Below is a very small scale of what this will look like. Imagine that it is for one video with six models in it. All six of the model's personal information, home address, real name, and picture of their ID has to be on file with every single store or individual who sells that video. Now, imagine that each store who carries hundreds of videos has the burden to have all of those files for each model in every video they carry!

This isn't just for retailers either... this is for anyone displaying such pictures on their web site, etc.! So what happens if you don't comply? Well, you can go to jail! Yep, that is right... even if a producer has proof that the models were over 18 years of age and no minors were involved... if you do not have the paperwork and you display the photographs or video or sell them... you are now breaking the law.

What harm has been committed here is beyond me. Why we now have to go to the trouble of proving that all the videos that we carry are of models of 18 years of age or older by having those model's Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 forms on file is truly a conservative agenda to make the adult industry fight to stay alive.

The Real Motivation Is Not Protecting Kids

This is clearly not about protecting minors. If the Department of Justice really wanted to protect minors they would simply have producers of pictures and video, etc. provide documentation directly to them in a federal database proving the models in film or photographs are adults. Simple enough right?

It would work well this way, because everything would have to be registered with them and if it wasn't then they could easily check. However, the REAL MOTIVATION is to shut down adult retailers and you can bet they have a list of companies they are going to start with... and you can also bet that getting access to any kind of sexual content will be increasingly difficult as the the DOJ continues to take away the freedoms of Americans.

This is an attack, we are back to the dark ages of witch hunts and instead of burning innocent people at the stake they are putting them in jail and ripping apart their businesses and families.

Why is sexuality so terrifying in this day and age? Why is masturbation and nudity seen as something that is listed right beside beastiliaty and child molestation? Have people absolutely lost their minds? They are so different than one another. It is like comparing someone who has a normal sleep pattern to someone who has narcolepsy. One is normal, one is an illness!

Over fifty percent of the web sites out there will most likely be devastated because they're carrying content, either thumbnails or streaming or fixed photos that they have no records for and they will be at risk to get 10 years in the slammer for it.

Breach Of Confidentiality

This does not even mention the incredible breach of confidentiality that is going on here. The models have to provide their home address, real names and photos of their ID cards to all of these retailers, which in turn basically makes it public information!?! That is absurd. Do you know how many psychos want to track down models in the adult industry and now we are having to pass around their real names and home address!?!

Making It Very Hard To Sell Videos Or Show Pictures

This new law is requiring stores like ours to have to track down producers and ask them for the paperwork on all of their models in order to sell their video. Until we have that paperwork on file, we cannot show the images online or sell them without breaking the law. It is evident that the US is becoming less and less of a free democracy making it more and more difficult for adults to enjoy and be educated on the basic human right of sexuality.

The Free Speech Coalition Are Fighting This!

Now that the regulations have been published, FSC (Free Speech Coalition) will go into federal district court to seek an injunction on behalf of its members. FSC plans two lawsuits, led by premiere First Amendment attorneys, one to be filed on the West Coast by H. Louis Sirkin, and the other by Paul Cambria on the East Coast.

The DOJ has amended some requirements from its original proposal, but in many areas the final version is unbending, making compliance extremely difficult, if not impossible.

Will They Win?

Right now, it really does not look good. The FSC may make a dent in some minor changes, but overall this ridiculous law looks like it will be around to stomp on the sexual freedoms of all Americans.

What Will Become Of Our Company & Products

With such a conservative, anti-sex government right now it is hard to predict the future. While we may have to discontinue selling some of our videos until we can find the producers to get the necessary paperwork on each of the models in those videos, we will do our best to keep our current selection of videos available as well as new releases.

However, what you may see happen is that we like many companies may be unable to secure some of the proper release forms on some of the older videos as the producers may be impossible to find... so if you want a Better Sex Videos from our site, now would be the time to buy it as we may not be able to offer it down the road.

My plan has always been to sail

Home is where the heart is, as the saying goes. I have always been a sailor. I have my little Rawson30 and a sextant and my skills.

After 1 year planning and financing to open a machine shop. After 5 years eating beans and weanies taking what ever came my way to pay off machinery loans. A solid year of working 10-12 hours a day 6-7 days a week trying to make a machine shop run. Around $100K USD lost and more blood, sweat and love than I really have to give. I have to pack it in. I tried people, I tried so hard, but I just wasn't up to to the task. My business has failed. I am just the canary in the US economic mine. I have done what I could and it wasn't enough. So it's time to reclaim my life.

After all this I am moving back on to my boat, renting out the house and sailing to see our mother. Read my vision about sailing that is on my profile. After the last 7 years, I am spent. I will be headed to warmer waters in the winter and cooler climates in the summer. I will work when I have to and sail when I don't. I'll have a little income from rent for as long as the US housing market holds up.

I am a machinist, a mechanic, an electrician, a navigator, a scuba diver, an engineering assistant, a house painter, a production planner, a landscaper, an artist, a welder, a writer, a friend, a lover, a confidant. And to paraphrase someone I can't remeber. " A human being is all these things and more. Insects specialize".

I am looking for like minded folks. In particular a lover and a friend a partner that is unafraid. Talk to me. I can do this on my own if need be. I have skill and intelligence and vision. I will go with company or not. I have played my hand and lost, as have so many others. It is time to leave the table and go home.

Now here is a perfect example of how our tax dollars are spent. One case of Bobby Fisher a Chess player seems there was some sort of sanction in 1992 and all he did was go to a chess match. The US is in persuit.

But the State Department seemed determined to continue trying to bring him to justice for violating sanctions against the former Yugoslavia by playing a chess match there in 1992.

Seems you cannot play a game if the State Department approves of where the game is played. Iceland gave him refuge imagine a 62 year old man playing a game is now under the Homeland Security. Yep things are very sane here..me thinks not!

My World Passport! :)

It's finally here!! I got my World Passport a couple of days ago, and took it to the boarder (Mexico/US) and was issued my first visa. The Mexican immigration officer looked at it very carefully and asked me where it was from. I simply explained it was an international passport issued out of Washington DC (which is true). At first he, he handed it back to me and said it was not valid and I was thinking he would not give me a visa, but then he pointed out (in Spanish) that "You must sign it for it to be valid." - in my excitement about becoming a World Citizen, I forgot to sign the thing... So I signed it and handed it back to him. He stamped it and said, "Bienvenidos a Mexico." As soon as I was out of site I wept. I've never had a passport before, and when I lived in the US, I couldn't even get an ID after I lost mine because the DMV in Seattle didn't believe the picture of me they had on file was me. I lived for years without an ID, a birthcertificate, couldn't work, ect. Now I finally feel like a person again. :)

We are protesting this illegal war and the policies that are sure to send us into many more conflicts. Due to some circumstances I have gotten myself into it looks like the option of leaving this fair oppressive Nation are limited if not impossible.

Therefore I have been forced to look at ways to get out of the game and interaction with the opressive elements we now have to endure.

One option that looks good is to escape withing the boundries of the Lower 48 while still refusing to play the game.

This is off grid living. Creating your own utilities, food, and means of support. Keeping tangable monetary means to the minimum to limit tax exposure while still maintaining a comfortable means of living.

Seem impossible? The more I am finding and researching the viable it looks.

Just looking at options.

I'm outta here

So life has handed me a good situation which should allow me to get out of the US for an extended time this fall so I'm going to India.
I'm currently unemployed but working on something that should allow me to work from anywhere in the world and make US $ or Euros. Also my houses will pay for themselves and provide me with an additional US$ 4-500 a month. I figure that ought to get me by. Everything I've seen and been reading looks like I can live pretty cheap there. May do some teaching English on the side.
I've got a friend there so I'l fly over after Burning Man this hear, pick up an old Enfield, and hit the roads. Not sure what part I'l start in. Have some contacts in Goa.

This article presents some interesting thoughts on the current global economic system. I would love to hear your thoughts on the ideas presented if you get a chance to read it. It's a bit lengthy, but well worth the time in my opinion. I think it speaks volumes about the state of the US and how enslaved we are by the almighty dollar.

Oh man do I need this tribe. I'm so fucking sick of San Jose, CA. I'm in Toronto at the moment, but I feel like I haven't left. Canada is the 51st state. I see more starbucks here than I do back in the states. This is outrageous, I need to go further. Belize... anyone? I need a partner in crime, preferrably one who speaks espanol. Who wants to be poor itinerate bums? I DO!

The flood of American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week, sparking calls for increased patrols to stop the illegal immigration.

The re-election of President Bush is prompting the exodus among left leaning citizens who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray and agree with Bill O'Reilly.

Canadian border farmers say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, animal rights activists and Unitarians crossing their fields at night.

''I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota.

The producer was cold, exhausted and hungry. ''He asked me if I could spare a latte and some free-range chicken. When I said I didn't have any, he left. Didn't even get a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. So he tried installing speakers that blare Rush Limbaugh across the fields. ''Not real effective," he said. ''The liberals still got through, and Rush annoyed the cows so much they wouldn't give milk."

Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals near the Canadian border, pack them into Volvo station wagons, drive them across the border and leave them to fend for themselves.

''A lot of these people are not prepared for rugged conditions," an Ontario border patrolman said. ''I found one carload without a drop of drinking water. They did have a nice little Napa Valley cabernet, though."

When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing loudly that they fear retribution from conservatives. Rumors have been circulating about the Bush administration establishing re-education camps in which liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer and watch NASCAR.

In the days since the election, liberals have turned to sometimes ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have taken to posing as senior citizens on bus trips to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs.

After catching a half-dozen young vegans disguised in powdered wigs, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior-citizen passengers. ''If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we get suspicious about their age," an official said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage and renting all the good Susan Sarandon movies.

''I feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa resident said. ''How many art-history majors does one country need?"

has everybody given up?

Has everybody sunk into apathy? Is it just too depressing and difficult to think about?
I know I've been having my struggles with this. *sigh*I just want to stay mad because the anger helps keep me motivated, but everytime I get tired, and that's easy to do here with how much the demands to survive run me down, it's hard to keep going. I don't want to just get stuck here, immeshed in this sick culture, and I know it's just going to get harder to leave as time goes on.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Starting dialogue

On getting out that is.
I'm looking into ways of being a nanny or English speaking educator in European countries. I've been in/done childcare for most of my life (nanny, pre-school teacher, mother's helper, post-partum doula, etc.). Figured this might help. ;-) Any one know of any info on how to go this route?

Also, any one with info on other ideas/ways to get out of here, start talking! Anything to get as many of us outta here as quickly as possible.
